Based on Availability and Season, our floral designers may make appropriate substitutions for flowers equal or of greater value while maintaining the integrity and overall feeling of the design. 

 

We operate in good faith by selecting and handpicking fresh and high-quality flowers that are of high quality for our made-to-order floral designs.

Due to the nature of perishable items, there are no refunds on flowers or flower design arrangements... All sales are Final. If there is an unresolved issue, a store credit may be available if there are any issues reported within 24 hours of delivery.

 

All flower products require care and attention. We are committed to customer satisfaction from the moment you enter our website until the flowers are on display. Thank you for your business.

We reserve the right to photograph any of our floral designs which we create for you, or your business, or at any venue for promotional purposes for our website or social media accounts including utilization of third party, contractors or automation platforms that we may or may not use. This disclaimer also covers any photographers or videographers that we hire or contract for promotional work including marketing materials and or promotional events
